Your strength has nothing to do with your condition and everything to do with your willingness and through that Christ is able to make His name more famous. I'm reminded tonight as sit in the hospital myself (with Coen) that in these rough seas people often tell us to look for God, to hold on to Him, to fight the frustration, to search scripture for truth, but I am learning that this too is a way to hold onto our own strength. We don't have to look for Him, he's there. We don't have to fight, he's king. We don't have to hold on, we are wrapped in His hands, and we don't have to search for truth, we can rest in Him knowing HE IS truth. Be still sweet Connie. Love you.Anonymousnoreply@blogger.com
